Right Slab Casual
Looks like a classic. Hits like a thriller.
Right Slab Casual
It’s giving Tarantino, but make it type.
Right Slab Casual
Introducing the premiere of Right ‘American Psycho’ Slab—an original Pangram Pangram production. Think vintage cinema grit meets ultra-modern type design. Chunky serifs, extended forms, and serious screen presence. The visual campaign? Straight out of a movie poster universe: suspense, style, swagger. You can almost hear the synths rising.
Right Slab Casual
Right Slab is the heavyweight of the Right family. Big. Bold. Brash. But like all the best antiheroes, once you get past that massive silhouette, there’s charm, nuance, and even a little humor underneath. It walks into the room and owns it—but it also knows when to soften the edges. Heavy styles hit like a monologue in slow motion. Lighter, narrower cuts bring just enough air to keep the dialogue flowing. Built as the serif sibling of Right Grotesk, Right Slab inherits the same low contrast, large x-height, and super-flexible variable structure—7 weights × 7 widths—but dials up the drama with blocky serifs and a stance that’s always just a little over the line. And that’s exactly where it shines: in the spotlight, full-screen, or blown up across a brutalist billboard. But don’t let the chunky vibe fool you—it’s more versatile than it looks. Use the Regular-ish styles for stylish text settings, or go full Tarantino with the Ultra-Heavy widths for maximum punch. It’s perfect for titles, posters, brands with attitude, or anything that needs to grab attention without screaming. Right Slab doesn’t whisper. It delivers its lines slow, smooth, and unforgettable.

Looks like a classic. Hits like a thriller.

Introducing the premier of - Right ‘American Psycho’ Slab, an original Pangram Pangram production. Slab was giving us major tarantino vibes, those chunky serifs paired with an extended structure. We created a set of imagery that feels like the campaign for a new movie release. How will it all end?

Right Slab is that big boi of the family. Massive at first glance, the typeface quickly turns out to be your good old friend. In its heavy styles, Right Slab unapologetically occupies all of the space with its chunky serifs, while light and narrow cuts leave some more air. The typeface is perfect for grabbing attention in a nice and fun way. It feels most comfortable in large display sizes, but styles near Regular can handle some paragraphs for text too. Right Slab is a serif brother of Right Grotesk, from which it has inherited low contrast, large x-height and a ton of variable styles covering 7 weights × 7 widths.
