Didone, the classic serif reinvented through a contemporary lens. We wanted to create imagery that balanced that feeling of classic typography motifs with a more contemporary edge. There is softness in the use of motion within the imagery that is contrasted through the application of type and bold saturated colours. These images invite you to reconnect and explore Didone like never before.

Right Didone is more than “not a historical revival”—it was created by adding serifs to Right Sans and smoothing it out, an approach going very much against the natural flow. That’s also where a large x-height and a lot of styles come from, features typical for grotesks, but seldom seen among serif typefaces.
