Return & Refund Policy

Overview

All Pangram Pangram products are digital goods. Once purchased and downloaded, they are considered delivered and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

That said, we’re reasonable people. If something’s off, we’ll look into it.

No Returns on Digital Products

Due to the nature of font software:

  • All sales are final once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

  • Fonts cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after delivery.

We strongly encourage testing fonts using our free trials before purchasing to make sure they fit your needs.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchases (same product bought twice by mistake)

  • Incorrect product delivered

If your request falls into one of these categories, contact us within 10 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect font selection

  • Projects being canceled or not proceeding

  • Lack of compatibility with specific third-party software (unless clearly stated)

Subscription Products (FSP)

For subscription-based products (such as the Font Starter Pack, if offered as a subscription):

  • Payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started

  • You may cancel anytime, and access will continue until the end of the current period

  • No prorated refunds for unused time

Exceptional Cases

We reserve the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If something genuinely feels off, reach out—we’re not here to be difficult.

How to Request a Refund

Send us an email with:

  • Your order number

  • The email used for purchase

  • A quick explanation of the issue

We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is not ideal (for anyone). If you run into an issue, reach out—we’re usually faster and way more helpful than your bank.

 

Font Starter Pack — Subscription Policy

Overview

The Font Starter Pack (FSP) is offered as a subscription-based product that gives you access to a curated selection of Pangram Pangram typefaces. It is designed to provide ongoing value through updates, new additions, and expanded features over time.

Subscription Access

Your subscription grants you access to the Font Starter Pack library for the duration of your active plan.

  • All fonts included in the FSP are available for use according to the selected license.

  • You can install and use the fonts immediately after subscribing.

  • The FSP library is regularly updated with new fonts, styles, or improvements.

Updates & New Releases

While your subscription is active:

  • You receive all updates to fonts included in the pack.

  • You get access to any new fonts or styles added to the FSP during your subscription period.

If your subscription ends, access to future updates and new additions is discontinued.

License Scope

The subscription covers usage rights only during the active subscription period.

  • Fonts can be used for commercial and personal projects while your subscription is active.

  • If your subscription expires, you may no longer use the fonts in new projects.

  • Ongoing projects created during an active subscription remain valid and licensed.

For continued use across new work, an active subscription or a separate license is required.

Subscription Term & Renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (annually).

  • Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
You will receive an email a few days before the automatic renewal is due.

Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription:

  • You retain access to the FSP until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • After expiration, you must stop using the fonts for new projects.

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Usage Restrictions

  • Fonts may not be redistributed, resold, or shared outside your licensed entity.

  • Each subscription is tied to a specific user, company, or team, depending on the selected license.

Support

Subscribers get priority support for:

  • Installation issues

  • Missing styles or files

  • General usage questions

(And yes, if something feels missing, just reach out. We’re humans.)

Changes to the Subscription

Pangram Pangram may update the contents, pricing, or structure of the FSP subscription over time. Existing subscribers will be informed of any significant changes in advance.
